DFCC VR Train Simulator

Put leadership and government stakeholders inside the cabin of an 80-compartment freight train. Six kilometres of track. Full control fidelity. No documentation required.

We modelled the corridor at 1:1 scale and wired the cabin to a working control loop — speed, signalling, braking, horn, weather, time-of-day, and multiple camera rigs. Stakeholders move through scenarios in VR with intuitive hand presence.

The simulator reads as a piece of operational software, not a film. Decision-makers come away understanding the system, not just a presentation about it.
